What We Do?

We provide transport of dry bulk commodities at sea. Our mission is to provide our customers with distinctly reliable seaborne transportation services, and our principals with best-in-class ship management services.

Why Choose Us?

Our business rationale comprises a customer centric approach and a high standard of excellence. We closely monitor technological developments and invest our principal’s funds where it makes the most sense for our customers; we operate today some of the best-of-breed vessels on the water.

How We Think?

We operate in a very competitive environment where pricing is determined by global market forces independently of any one market participant. We strive to deliver superior services at a superior overall transport cost and wish to become our customers’ preferred service provider.

Our Customers:

We work with some of the world’s largest trading houses and world-class vessel operators. We very much value these relationships and are constantly seeking to improve and adjust our services to best suit their evolving needs.

Organization

Over the years, IHS has developed a fully-fledged ship management operation, which encompasses a lean core team of highly experienced individuals that operate out of its headquarters in Athens, Greece.

Our on-shore staff is complemented by rigorously selected crews on-board managed vessels and dedicated ad hoc site teams deployed at various new building project locations.

In order to maintain our high standards, we annually engage external professional consultants to audit compliance with our comprehensive management

systems and robust set of organizational processes that reach beyond the minimum requirements set by the International Safety Management Code.

Our organizational design and business process model have been developed in cooperation with a global consulting firm lending credibility to the quality of our business processes.
